We had bright, neat room, appreciated the location, it was marvellous far away from town center. Location: the hotel was just next door to historical town centre and the bus stop that leads to the city center and supermarkets, bakery and restaurants. The stuff were great and amicable lot of time.

The staff were extremely helpful, even meeting me to open the door when I accidentally locked my key inside. I appreciated their attention to my health needs by providing ground floor accommodations. The room was clean and well-furnished, and I especially enjoyed the dark shutters on the windows for a restful sleep. The little garden area was a lovely touch, and having a bakery just around the corner made for a convenient breakfast option. Lastly, I have to mention the adorable miniature microwave in our room, which was a delightful surprise.

The fact that there was no staff at the reception was not an issue at all, as we were able to easily access our room with a simple phone call. The location was fantastic, with a delightful bakery just opposite the hotel selling delicious fresh bread and cakes. Getting to downtown was a breeze, thanks to the convenient 901 bus which ran regularly. And for those who prefer to cook their own meals, there was a nearby supermarket just a short distance away. our stay was absolutely amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
